The Marion County Sheriff's Office in Ocala, Florida arrested three individuals during a traffic stop, but it was 34-year-old Ricky Deeley who gained notoriety after his mugshot was released and went viral.

To Be Fair, Deeley's Crimes Were Relatively Minor

Although he wasn't arrested for a heinous or violent offense, his crime of driving with a suspended license still carries consequences. The sheriff's office statement revealed that Deputy Bowman pulled him over due to an expired tag and discovered that Ricky Deeley was behind the wheel with a suspended driver's license.

Two Of Deeley's Friends Were Arrested Too

Logan Tindale, who was a passenger, had a felony warrant issued for his arrest and initially gave a false name to the police. Katlyn Spruill, the other passenger, was caught in possession of a handgun, 23 grams of methamphetamine, cocaine, marijuana, 20 Methylin pills, and a digital scale. As a result, both passengers were taken into custody.

Deeley's Mugshot Drew The Most Attention

Within a few hours, the sheriff's office post garnered thousands of comments and shares from many people. One individual wrote, "It looks like his mama had an affair with Shrek!" while another commented, "They should have just hopped aboard Dumbo and flew away."

Not Everyone Was A Fan Of The Mean Comments

Regardless of the situation, mocking someone's physical appearance is not a kind thing to do, and one commentator did not approve of it. They wrote, "They are all someone's baby boy and girl. May this help them get the help they so desperately need. Lord, have mercy."
