As per reports, Boca Raton police received a call from a man who claimed John shot at him and a friend in the parking lot of the First United Methodist Church.

Before the shooting, one of the victims called the barber earlier in the day to discuss why he missed their haircut appointments.

The victims argued that John didn't show up at the shop for two weeks, yet he had earlier agreed to cut their hair.

After the complaints, however, John yelled at the victims on the phone, making threats.

The client told detectives that they then asked to meet with John to discuss the issue and 'what was bothering him.'

According to what one of the victims told detectives, John told him to meet at 625 N.E. Mizner Blvd.

And the victim drove to the location with his friend, the one who called the police to report the shooting.

When John showed up at their meetup, he began yelling and screaming from his car.

Meanwhile, one of the victims walked over to John's car, telling him they just wanted to talk. However, the barber took his gun and pointed it at the victims.

He then fired two rounds at both men, went back to his car, and fired another round before fleeing.

Police said in a statement:

"John then fired two rounds at Victim #1 and Victim #2 before returning to his vehicle. He then fired one additional round in their direction before fleeing the area."

No injuries were reported, and neither man was struck.
