Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson reveals his ENTIRE family have tested positive for coronavirus… including daughters Jasmine, 4, and Tiana, 2: ‘It was a kick in the gut’

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson revealed that all of his family members tested positive for coronavirus in a new clip on Instagram on Wednesday.

He stated that his wife, Lauren Hashian, 35, and their two daughters, Tiana, 2, and Jasmine, 4, all tested positive for COVID-19. But, stated they’re are “no longer contagious.”

The actor, 48. said to his 196 million Instagram followers that the diagnosis is “one of the most challenging and difficult” things that they’ve ever had to go through as a family. Adding that the virus was “a real kick in the gut.”

In the video, Dwayne spoke directly to the camera from his home as he sported a gray zip-up hoodie.

He said: “I wanted to give you guys a little helpful update on some of the things that I’ve been going through on my end for the past two-and-a-half to three weeks now.”

Dwayne’s Update

“So the update is this. My wife Lauren, as well as my two baby girls and myself, we have all tested positive for COVID-19. I can tell you that this has been one of the most challenging and difficult things we have ever had to endure as a family and for me personally, too, as well.”

“And I’ve gone through some doozies in the past. I’ve gotten knocked about and had my a** kicked in the past with some challenges. But testing positive for COVID-19 is much different than overcoming nasty injuries or being evicted or even being broke, which I have been more than a few times.”

In high spirits

“The reason why I feel this is different is that my number one priority is always to protect my family. And protect my children- my loved ones.”

The actor went on to say:

I wish it was only me that had tested positive, but it wasn’t. It was my entire family, so this one was a real kick in the gut.

Johnson is father to three daughters. 18-year-old Simone, whom he shares from his first marriage with his ex-wife and business partner Dany Garcia, and girls Jasmine and Tiana he welcomed with his current wife Lauren in 2015 and 2018, respectively.

“But I am happy to tell you guys that we, as a family, are good. We are on the other end of it. We’re on the other side. We are no longer contagious, and we are, thank God, we are healthy.”

We’ve got through COVID-19 stronger and healthier.

Johnson said that he was “counting my blessings.” Adding, “we all have been hit by this thing. Whether it is people we know, a family we know, loved ones we know, friends we know.”

He continued: “I have had some of my best friends lose their parents, their loved ones to this virus that is so incredibly relentless and unforgiving and it is insidious.”

The Rock said he and his family are “good.” He found a “silver lining” in the situation was that both of his daughters- Jasmine, 4, and Tiana, 2- “had a little sore throat the first couple of days. Other than that they bounced back, and it’s been life as normal.”

Returning back to normal

The entire family “isolated” themselves as Dwayne and his wife Lauren Hashian had “a rough go.”

“We got through it as a family. We’re stronger, we’re better and we did it together.” He continued.

Despite the actor’s illness, it’s been a busy time for him. Last month he topped Forbes highest-paid actors list, earning an astonishing $87.5 million.

Dwayne’s other ventures

Dwayne also said last month that he’s now finalized his $15 million deal to buy the XFL. That was after the spring football league had gone bankrupt due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The former wrestler congratulated his ex-wife Dany, as she’ll also be a stakeholder in the team.

Meanwhile, elsewhere in his clip, Dwayne urged fans to be extremely cautious when out and about to protect themselves.

“If you guys have family and friends over to your house, you know them, trust them. They can be quarantining just like you guys. You still never know.” The famous actor gave final advice:

Don’t let your guard down, boost your immunity with antioxidants, vitamins, things of that nature.
