Dolly Parton will host the Academy of Country Music Awards on March 7, and the event will be live-streamed on Amazon.
The iconic singer and songwriter will have help from co-hosts, but their names are not revealed yet.
This will be the 57th Academy of Country Music Awards and will be held in person, despite the Covid-19 surge. The two-hour event will also be available for Amazon Prime users live from Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
CBS previously televised the event.
Dolly Parton started a year with a bang. She also recently learned that she is among this year's first-time nominees for induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. The winners will be known in May, while the event will be held later this year.
Dolly's novel Run, Rose, Run will be published on the same date, March 7, 2022.
As for the list of nominations, we will have to wait for the next week.
In 2021, ACM Awards were co-hosted by Keith Urban and Mickey Guyton. The event was both live and pre-recorded due to the pandemic.
The same event was delayed in 2020 and was similarly celebrated, hosted by Keith Urban alone.
