Most celebrities said, back in 2016, that they would move if Donald Trump won the election. He did, and no one left.

No one said a word after the election. However, John Legend and Chrissy Teigen, one of the biggest power couples on the planet, are thinking about moving. As the singer and the winner of Oscar, Emmy, and Tony explained, they are embarrassed by the president's leadership.

John Legend is exhausted and embarrassed

The 41-year-old said that there's no final decision. He stated, "We were born and raised here; all of our families are here. It would be hard to leave. But I don't know what one's supposed to do when you have a leader who is trying to destroy democracy."

The "All of Me" singer continued: "If America chooses to be that place, then people will have to start thinking about going somewhere else. It is truly disturbing and concerning."

We know how his wife, model Chrissy Teigen feels. Her Twitter has been anti-Trump since the first campaign started. But hearing these words from Legend makes one think since he's not prone to sharing, and it always seemed he was not as invested in politics as his beautiful wife.

Legend endorses Biden

With the presidential election coming to an end in five weeks, Legend also explained how he thought the US's people would vote.

"I'm not nervous. I strongly believe America is exhausted from three and a half years of Donald Trump," Legend said, adding: "Exhausted from the daily efforts to destroy democracy and the free press."

Slamming Trump's "embarrassing" handling of the ongoing pandemic, Legend announced that the massive loss of life from COVID-19 was "preventable."

Finally, the singer added: "I think people are just exhausted and ready for new leadership: sane leadership, empathetic leadership. Joe Biden can bring that to the country. "We can't bear another four years of this", Legend completed his statement.

And like a true gentleman, Legend didn't respond to the president's tweets that Legend was "boring," and Teigen is "his filthy-mouthed wife."

The father of two, soon three, believes that re-electing Trump is disturbing, so many others will start rethinking their decision to stay in the USA.

Chrissy Teigen vs. US president

Unlike Legend, Teigen's Twitter is full of amusing and somewhat controversial tweets about the current US president. She insulted him several times and got backlash, as well as respect from the fans.

From calling the president racists to petty and little bi*ch, she managed to get blocked by the White House. However, that only gave her the nickname Mayor of Twitter. And with her wittiness and Legend's careful wording, it's easy to say why so many people adore this couple.

We don't think that Legend and Teigen will actually pack up and leave. But, the tensions are high, so Legend's words speak to all non-Trump supporters.
