If your coworkers are giving you hell, you can start by disconnecting from them or asking your boss for a transfer.
You don't have to put up with negative people in your life. If you choose to do so, always keep your eye on the prize.
Use a Power Phrase
Having a power phase is a great tool, especially in a negative work environment. All you have to do is come up with something meaningful that will remind you to count your blessing and show gratitude.
There's no wrong way to create your power phrase, as long as it reflects a positive outcome. For example: "I am grateful to be alive and to have such amazing family" or "I cannot change someone's POV, but I can feel blessed for this sunny day."
Mix it up, but remember, you need to save yourself from unhelpful influences.
Accept and release
You're positive because you have a skill set to deal with negativity.
Accept that you are in a negative environment and release negative emotions, like resentment, jealousy, or anger.
If you can't turn off your emotions, it's only natural that you remove yourself from the situation. This might not work while you're at work, but if your partner or friend is the source of negativity, remember that you can't save everyone.
