It Started With A Birthday Card Billy Gave His Mom
According to an article written by David for Stellar magazine, as reported by The Sun, Billy, at the age of two, pointed to a greeting card with a photo of Princess Diana and exclaimed, "Look! It's me when I was a princess." While this may seem unusual, David and Lisa found it amusing and did not think much of it at the time.
Things Got Weirder From There
David stated that Billy referred to Prince William and Prince Harry as "my boys" and "my sons" upon seeing their photos, and he often talked about Diana's deceased brother John. Additionally, Billy claimed to a Scottish friend of David and Lisa's that he used to visit a castle called Balmoral while he was Princess Diana, which he described as having unicorns on it.
David claimed that they showed Billy pictures of different castles and he was able to correctly identify the real Balmoral.

As per David, Billy's experience of being Diana is so intense that he even remembers her tragic accident. David shared that his wife showed Billy another photo of Diana, to which Billy allegedly replied, "'There's me as a princess. Then one day the sirens came and I wasn't a princess anymore.'"
Is Billy Really The Reincarnation Of Princess Diana?
It is highly unlikely, and some may even say impossible, that Billy is the reincarnation of Princess Diana. It is more likely that he has a vivid imagination and has been influenced by his family's love for Lady Di, which may have led him to memorize some facts about her life.
Alternatively, it is possible that his father is simply making up the story for attention, which is not uncommon. However, regardless of the reason behind it, it is safe to say that Princess Diana is no longer with us in any form.
