A 44-year-old mom of four is simply too beautiful and too young, and that's why she's single. Dawn Cousins, from London, claims men, including her kid's friends, are always after her, but she complained that being too beautiful is a nightmare because she can't find love - only lust.

Speaking to The Sun, Dawn explained that she's looking for real, genuine love, not a connection based on her looks.

Dawn told the papers:

"The thing is I look half my age, and I have men drooling over me all the time, aged from 18 to ancient,"

"I sometimes wish I didn't look so good. Then I might attract the right kind of man I could spend my life with."

Dawn attracts the wrong men

The mom of four continued praising her looks, adding:

"I seem to get the men who are only after looks and not personality; those types are not the kind of person you want to spend your days with,"

"Guys over 40 are all putting on weight, and the women have got a lot of wrinkles. I haven't got any. I'm not in the same bracket as them. I need to find my knight in shining armor – or at least a man who isn't so fat he could fit it."

Dawn has 17-year-old twins and daughters 22 and 20, and she's often mistaken for their sister or a friend. She thinks it's flattering, explaining:

"It is flattering. My daughters have told me I couldn't go clubbing with them though, as I'd get eaten alive,"

"If they see a young guy approaching me, they'll quickly slip the word 'mom' into the conversation to make it clear who I am, to try and stop any awkward conversations, but it doesn't always happen."

Blame it on the guys

Dawn claims that men are impossible. Receptionist Dawn's last relationship ended in 2003, after four years, and she's been looking for Mr. Right since then,

She claims she can't date men her age, nor can she date the younger ones. As she lovingly put it:

"The guys were terrible, and I look too good to date men in their 40s when I look like I'm in my 20s,"

"I can't date a fat, unattractive, old aged man when I look so young and beautiful."

She tried dating apps, and it always ends in the same manner. The woman's simply too good looking and too youthful, and obviously, too humble, for a decent man...

We're starting to believe that, in this scenario, perhaps we can't blame men. As Dawn stated, she's considering moving to the States to find a man:

"I'm thinking America with plenty of men to meet, in one of those states, there must be the man of my dreams. I just have to get searching."

Oh, well...
