3 reasons why you should offer tracked shipping

I chose this as the first point purely because it’s the first that comes to mind. It’s not a hard process for them. It won’t take a super tech-savvy person to work out how to use the tracking. All they need to do is open up the website or app using the link that you provide them with, type in the speed pack tracking number, and off they go. They can now see exactly where their anticipated package is and where it was.

Keeping hold of your customers is always what businesses want. You know what’s better than a brand new customer, A returning customer. Seeing that they enjoyed their previous experience can show you that you’re doing something right, which feels great.

Well, all they need to do is open up their app and check on the location, simple as that. What’s the result of this, kind of obvious for any business-minded individual. You spend less time talking to the customer, resulting in more time and fewer costs spent on people to do the talking for you.
