Plastic surgeries and various non-invasive beauty treatments are more affordable than ever. Yet, there is still a stigma, and not many people are willing to admit to these procedures.
Female celebrities, in particular, are not likely to admit any procedures because aging in Hollywood is hard as it is.

Secondly, there is the pressure of selling the picture-perfect life, and there is no room for enchantments in that fairytale.
But not all celebrities are the same, so here are 15 who opened up about their plastic surgeries.
Kourtney Kardashian

Unlike her sisters, Kourtney, the oldest Kardashian, did not try to hide that she had breast argumentation at 21.
She regrets the decision, as Kourtney knew she would have to update the procedure, as she explained:
"I wish I never did it. I had great boobs. Now I'm gonna have to get them redone at some point."
Jennifer Aniston

Before she became Rachel Green, Jen Aniston was another pretty face trying to make in Hollywood.
She had had her nose done after a baseball accident and then another nose surgery to correct the first one. It appears that Rachel's storyline about the nose job was no accident.
Lisa Kudrow

What would Phoebe say?
Lisa Kudrow had a rhinoplasty at 16. She revealed that the surgery was "life-altering."
Cardi B

Cardi talked candidly about all the procedures she had done before she made it big.
Before turning 26, she had "butt injections" done illegally in someone's basement. It was followed by breast augmentation surgery and liposuction.
Heidi Montag

Heidi, known from The Hills, did the unthinkable.
In 24 hours, she had ten procedures. Later she said:
"I had to look at myself in the mirror every day healing, and be like, 'What did I do to myself? How did I get here?"
Reid Ewing

Though most plastic surgeries are done on women, that does not mean that men are not insecure.
The actor best known for his role of Dylan in Modern Family suffered body dysmorphia. In a column for Huffington Post, he wrote:
"I wish I could go back and undo all the surgeries. Now I can see that I was fine, to begin with, and didn't need the surgeries after all."
Ashley Tisdale

High School Musical actress had a rhinoplasty at 18. Ashley explained how it affected her life:
"Growing up, I always knew I had a deviated septum on the right side of my nose, which caused trouble breathing. I didn't do this because I believe in plastic surgery. I did this to help my health. I literally almost could not breathe out of the right side of my nose."
Kaley Cuoco

The sitcom queen, Kaley Cuoco, was only 19 when she had breast augmentation surgery. She later said it was "the best decision I ever made."
Anna Faris

Another blonde comedian spoke about breast augmentation surgery. Anna Faris went from A cup to C cup.
She also used lip injections, and she stated that they positively affected her confidence.
Kathy Griffin

Another legendary comedian could not resist plastic surgery. Talking to People, Kathy Griffin said she had two botched procedures. She said:
"I was told repeatedly, 'You would be pretty if it weren't for that nose. You'd work more if it weren't for that nose. Hey, have you considered getting a nose job? You would think I had a nose the size of Texas."
She also revealed how it affected her outlook on life:
"I was young and impressionable, and I was told that enough that I started to believe it, so I got a nose job. I can't figure out why I wasted time worrying about my looks."
Tori Spelling

Tori said in late 2021 that she replaced old implants with new, bigger ones. She called these new ones "conservative."
As she said:
"I want to be able to dress sexy, but I want to be able to [be] conservative and not be, like, all boobs."
Khloé Kardashian

During the Keeping Up With The Kardashians reunion, Khloé said she had a nose job. Later she added that she also had fillers:
"My face was so [expletive] I had to go and get this whole thing dissolved. It was a bummer, and now I'm afraid to do it again. And I'm almost like, 'I swear things are still in my face.'"
Jennifer Grey

Most people expect to see marvelous results, but for Jennifer Grey, the nose job operation was hell:
"I'll always be this once-famous actress nobody recognizes because of a nose job. I went into the operating room a celebrity and came out anonymous."
Jamie Lee Curtis

Jamie Lee Curtis had one operation to remove puffiness around her eyes while she was in her 20s. However, she said "no" to further improvements:
"The current trend of fillers and procedures, and this obsession with filtering, and the things that we do to adjust our appearance on Zoom are wiping out generations of beauty."
Ariel Winter

Modern Family actress Ariel Winter had her breasts reduced when she was only 17.
Speaking about going from 32F to a 34D, Winter said:
"I definitely seemed confident; I'm an actress, that's what we do. But on the inside, I wasn't feeling so happy."
Recently, Bella Hadid opened up about insecurities that led her to get a nose job at 14. Perhaps it is time to stop pressuring people into admitting they "had work done" and focus on what's inside.
