Everyone knows that sex makes you feel good. And not only that, it helps keep your immune system strong, lowers blood pressure, and counts as exercise. What more could you ask for? Go get physical.

You don’t have to be Picasso to be considered an artist. Painting, jewelry making, sculpting, and music writing are all forms of art. Once you see what you have come up with, you are bound to invite some happiness in.
